Yield Council is not a membership you purchase. It is a room you earn entry to. Maximum 20 members, drawn from non-competing industries, operating at the highest level of agentic AI implementation. Direct working relationship with both Yield BD founders. This is the inner circle - and the number stays at 20.

Yes. Movement between tiers is based on where you are in your implementation journey. Members who complete a Tier 2 AI Agent deployment with Yield BD are invited to express interest in The Yield Council at the 90-day mark. There is no penalty for starting at The Guild and moving up - in fact, most Council members started there.
All memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in at The Guild and Principals level. The Yield Council is assessed on a case-by-case basis given the limited membership size and the working relationship involved.
Most mastermind groups are built around peer accountability and motivation. The Yield Mastermind is built around implementation. Every session, every resource, and every connection inside the ecosystem is focused on one outcome: building AI infrastructure that makes your business more capable, more resilient, and less dependent on you. The Yield BD founders are operators first - every system we teach is one we have built and run ourselves.
Sessions vary by tier. Guild sessions are group-format: implementation deep-dives, Q&A, and case study reviews. Principals sessions are smaller, more strategic, and include direct feedback on your specific deployment. Council sessions are working meetings - live decisions, roadmap input, and direct collaboration with Anthony and Simon on your highest-leverage opportunities.
